"Our story with Matrix Exteriors starts back in Feb 2023. My wife and I were trying to buy a house and the inspection report came up with issues requiring new roof and siding. I called matrix after reading some of the positive reviews and started speaking with David on the phone to get estimates for what these repairs would cost. We tried reaching out to other renovation companies but no one would help provide estimates while we did not own the house (but were in process of buying it). David was very patient and helped provide some details about the renovations and the costs associated with them. Ultimately, having this talk with David helped my wife and I finalize the purchase on our house. Fast forward a few months after moving in and the time had finally come to start our project. We followed up with David, Charles and their team to evaluate renovations on our house… and this was the BEST decision we could have ever made. We were in the market for a full exterior upgrade Roof, Siding, Windows, Fascia, Soffit, Gutters, Garage, chimney paints; all at once. Additionally, my wife was pregnant so we had a tight schedule deadline for Matrix to complete the project. Needless to say Matrix absolutely crushed the project within our budget & finished with 2 weeks before my wife due date! Since the start of the project David and Charles worked hard to help my wife and I transform our house into a modern castle that we are proud to call our own. The team spent some time with us to work out the design options, provide different material samples and David also SIMULATES what your house looks like. We were blown away at how the simulations looked when we first saw them and absolutely knew that we picked the right material and right company to work with. Once the project details were locked David worked with us to keep our project within budget without sacrificing material quality and he helped us meet our goals! Additional note, the Team at Matrix can also work with insurance companies as your public adjuster to help navigate if any insurance coverage opportunities. They did a good job looking out for our behalf. We signed our contract around July and materials took around 2 months to come in (Windows were the long lead time item). All this time the team at matrix provided me regular material status updates and met with me to review the project plan a few days before construction kicked off. LET. ME. JUST. SAY. These guys have the BEST reno team in the business. The construction started in early September and they were finished by Sept 27, less than a month! They knocked the roof out in only 4 hours! The Windows, siding and Stone took the longest but their team was extremely precise and was able to fulfil our unique design choice of horizontal and board and batten on different levels of the house. I think this was such a challenging design combination but these guys crushed it with artist-level precision. The stone front easily became the star of the show and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Versetta Stone which David and Charles recommended. I’d like to also say that the team at Matrix Exteriors are such great and hardworking people, they worked long hours on hot 85-90+ days and during rain to get the job done. These guys are the real deal and have my full appreciation for their hard work on our house. Overall, we love our house. Matrix exceeded every expectation we had with their service, care, quality, and renovation expertise! Our experience could not have been more positive with Matrix Exteriors, if you are in a market for a house renovation these guys should be your first stop. "Fantastic Team to work with in every way!!! We had a storm which produced golf ball size hail and I called three highly rated home exterior contractors to come out and survey the damage. Two of which told me there wasn't enough damage for an insurance claim, however Charles from Matrix felt strongly otherwise. He took the time to show us all the damage, even on on the 2nd story roof via pictures and drone video, so we decided to make a claim. Matrix handled every detail with our insurance company from start to finish and we now have a new roof, gutters, downspouts and garage doors. Our home looks amazing!!! The owner David was highly involved in the process to ensure our 110% satisfaction. Thank you Matrix!!! Highly recommended!!!"
