"Garabar roofing removed and replaced my tile roof. Let's say this wasn't a job that most would want as I am the middle townhome in group of 4. I had a nasty hole in my roof which started the process of looking for a contractor. Garabar was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but when I met with T Hogg, the representative, I felt comfortable with his level of expertise and decided to sign the contract and proceed with Garabar. The process was effortless, the crew was there when they said they would be there, they completed the job in a professional manner. I was totally happy with the company and would refer them to any one of my friends! Five star service from start to end!"

"Just had a 4,000 sf tile roof installed in October 2021. Work was all self-performed so no sub-contractors. Garabar had a crew at the house and tore the existing roof off, laced in new plywood, new valley(s) and facial boards all in 1 day. Everyday they cleaned up and professionally installed the new tile system. Worth every penny and sales person Larry Zimmerman was available every time I needed something clarified. My wife is also very pleased with the final product. Went with Crown tile Florida Blend and glad I did."

"We had a bad leak into our garage. Water everywhere. I asked for recommendations and was given three names. None of the other two saw the problems that Garabar Roofing found. I am sure if I went with any of the other people, I would still have the leak. All the other roofers wanted to do was replace the paper on the roof. Garabar said the plywood needed replacement as well a flashing. When they took off the damaged roof, you could see the problem. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever seen. The estimate was detailed, the work to be performed detailed, and the work was done in a very professional manner. The Warranty was spelled out. I would use them again without hesitation."

"Garabar for roofing - I definitely recommend. Professional. Courteous. Efficient. Tom (sales rep) & crew were amazing. Ordered considerably more shingles that needed & that is my only slight criticism. Liked them so much that I hired them without shopping around for painting/stucco. I do NOT recommend that you hire them for paint. For stucco - they unnecessarily removed a hurricane shutter. The paint started peeling in places within a week after completion. I was told that it was because of my original paint job in 1989. I had my house painted 3 times since I have owned it but this is the first time it was spray painted (also costly for spray painting). Contract stated that the cost would cover pressure wash, windows caulked, primer + 2 coats of paint. Later learned "primer is in paint" (= deceiving). The night the pressure wash was supposed to have happened, the patio was so dirty I assumed another delay. Next day, 2 coats of paint were said to have been accomplished (in extreme humidity). They broke a water spout on the patio & while I appreciate that they replaced it (without mentioning it), they drilled the concrete around the spout & filled the area around it with what seemed like putty. A couple of weeks after painting was done, a rain storm left water on my "newly caulked" window ledge. They came back 3 or 4 times to repair issues but there are still places where paint is peeling & I have decided to just get a brush & fix it myself as I do not want to have to leave work again to meet their contractor. Fingers crossed for the paint will not disinegrate the next time the house needs to be pressure cleaned."

"We were very pleased with our Garabar Window experience from beginning to end. The Window crew showed up when they were supposed to, completed the job and always cleaned up after themselves. They taped the windows and work areas. The window installers worked very hard at cleaning up as they worked. We had minimal clean up inside/outside. Window installation was completed in a timely manner- as promised. Our windows look beautiful. The office staff was very efficient, professional & communicative. "Had a total roof replacement by Garabar. First impression: very professional. My salesman was involved in every step of the roofing process and kept me well informed. He took a genuine interest in making sure things were done right. Once the process started, every crew member involved was efficient and professional. They seemed to go out of there way to do the job right: protecting windows, cleaning up everyday, etc. I was very impressed with both the speed and care they took during the replacement. It was quite obvious that their goal was to do the job right. Communication at every level was top notch, from the workers to the front office, everything was seamless. The only issue I had was a broken exterior light which they took care of with no hassle at all. So not only were they by far the best price I was quoted (I had 3 other estimates) there workmanship was very impressive! I haven’t hesitated to recommend them to friends that were looking to replace their roofs. Highly recommended!"

"We chose Garabar to put a new roof on our house. We had heard only excellent things about them. Every one of the things we heard was true. Their communication was flawless. They came when they said they would. They did a phenomenal job when cleaning up after removing the old roof, including using a magnet to make sure every nail was taken away. Our new roof looks fantastic. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone looking to redo their roof. They included things in their proposal that would have been extra with the other companies we received quotes from. They will come and do a wind mitigation study for free after the roof is finished. I cannot say enough good things about Garabar. You can't go wrong by signing with them."

"We were referred to Garabar by a friend in our community, and I contacted Larry Zimmerman to come take a look at our small roof leak. Larry came out, and then we were sent a proposal via email that the cost of the repair would not exceed a certain set amount. The technicians came out on the agreed upon day and time and spent about 9 hours repairing our roof leak. They were very thorough and professional, and when they were finished, I could not even tell that they had been there. They cleaned up everything, and the roof looked as good as new! When I received the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised that we had actually saved about $600. We paid the agreed upon amount (even though the normal repair would have been $600 more. Garabar was very professional in every way, and their technicians did great work!"

"Choosing the right contractor is paramount when replacing windows and doors. A whole house of new hurricane windows and doors is a huge investment. Garabar is the right contractor! I highly recommend them, here's why: -I am new to Florida and needed education in hurricane windows and doors. Garabar's sales rep didn't 'sell', he educated. He never hesitated to answer any question I had prior to (and after) getting the job. He was always patient and friendly. -the office staff is helpful and took care of all the paperwork and permits and so forth. They were always helpful and were quick to respond to correspondence. -when the time came for installation, I was contacted ahead of time so I would know what to expect and what the schedule would be. -the installation crew was great, went right to work, were efficient, skilled, and seemed to genuinely like their jobs and each other. When the crew is literally in and out of your house every day for a solid week, this is nice to see. They addressed any little concerns I had. The best part was that a supervisor was out at the beginning and end (and sometimes the middle) of every day to go over everything with a fine-tooth comb. -the quality and care that was taken during the installation were second to none. Follow-up and county inspection wrapped it all up immediately."

"I needed roof wood trim repairs due to rotted wood and termite damage.They lifted tiles, replaced fascia wood, sealed new drip edges and painted all the new roof trim surfaces. They were also able to locate replacement tiles which are no longer being fabricated. Garabar exceeded my expectations by far. They provided excellent workmanship.
