"Deck Replacement Review After reviewing final proposals from 3 different deck contractors, I chose Christian Exteriors to replace my existing worn out 34 year old deck with a new free standing pressure treated under-structure topped with Trex composite decking. Demolition of the old 40’x12’ deck was done smoothly and in a timely manner. Work on the new replacement deck was also performed in a timely manner, especially when considering that this job was performed during the colder winter months with weather being a constant factor. Crew showed up promptly on weather permitted workdays and completed each day’s tasks with quality workmanship. Melvin, the contractor, remained personally involved throughout the process, providing me with regular updates on progress and accommodating my requests for changes in railing colors and a couple of aesthetic upgrades. Overall, the project was performed in a professional manner from start to finish - proposal through installation. I plan to use again on a future exterior project."
