"CRT was referenced by our home owners insurance for a roof leak. They texted me after 2 weeks of my service order filed with the insurance. The text said that they can be out to my place in another week between 8-12 and would only need 5 minutes. I asked if they could come the week before anyday, anytime. The follow up text said the following “ Everyone is backed up. We had a schedule before rains and it’s been raining every week. I can transfer you to another vendor and you’ll be put at the back of their queue. Please advise. We cannot accommodate everyone’s personal schedules.“ So I responded back stating, “ So what do you accommodate. Scheduling is just about that right, finding a fit between 2 parties. It is both sides that have to come together.” The person then texted back to me stating that I am rude, unprofessional and just went off the handle for no reason. This is not the way to talk to a customer and I was simply asking a question based on his initial response. The person was unprofessional, abusive. I would never use this company and would advise everyone else to do the same. Their negative attitude and very unprofessional approach is super evident from their responses and I need not elaborate. Please don’t use them at all."
