"In 2017 a new roof put on by the previous owner. It started leaking within the first year. Talked to Rick at Command and they came out and fixed the leak and repaired the drywall damage. 2 years later another leak revealed itself. Rick himself came out to inspect the leak and had the drywall damage repaired again. They "fixed" it, but you could see where a piece of flashing had not been replaced when they replaced the roof. Fast forward to summer of 2022, a rainy summer, both previous leak sites are leaking again. Current status, our roof has the same leaks in the same spots! Called Rick 3 times, he keeps saying "we'll send somebody out took at it" but now my 4th phone call with him, he now stayted its no longer under warranty! Even though it's the same leaks that they had repaired years prior. Very disappinted. Would not recommend due to very poor customer service and warranty issues."

"Would never recommend this company . We have been waiting on our Roof on our new build for about 4 months . They keep telling us they are on their way to complete the roof and they are a no show . Then they told us they received the wrong color and would install in 8 days . Still nothing . No response and All lies . We can't move forward with our build until they complete the roof . Never dealt with more unprofessional company . Save yourself from the frustration and use someone else ."
