"In July 2021 I made the now unfortunate mistake to use this vendor for replacement of all my windows. At first, seemed very responsive and customer centered. Now, cannot say the same. My window saga as I now call it, has been going on for over a year. They were first installed end of Oct 2021. But I have had nothing but issues since. Something was wrong on EVERY SINGLE WINDOW when they were installed. At first, Kevin was very responsive and kept me up to date and i feel i was very understanding and accomodating. Now for the past 6+ months I haven't really heard from him and was basically pushed off to other people in the company, who no longer work there. I have reached out several times with no response back. It's been over 2 months since I've heard anything on getting these issues resolved. I've also asked on several occasions for the paperwork and info on warranty, etc. and cannot seem to get that even when told "I'll send it to you". You'd think they'd want to be paid the remaining amount but that will not be the case with incomplete and shoddy product/work. At this point, I'd accept what I have and take the requested paperwork just to be done with this company. Do not recommend and will never use again."
