"The work is done and the guys did a great job. We really appreciate all the work that WM Roofing has done from quote to finish. Your team had installed a roof for us over 20 years ago and we were so impressed with the quality of your work and your follow up service over the years that we didn’t even think about contacting any other roofing company. We also have had several very nice comments from our neighbors about the crew (Big Men Construction) …one neighbor behind us commented about how she had enjoyed their music, whistling, and singing. We later found out that the whistling was a code they used to enable easier communication. Everyone appreciated how hard they worked and their good humor during a long 13 hour work day. I am so glad you made the decision to include that new lower roof venting system. I think it is going to work very well. The finished lower roof vent looks great and several of our neighbors have had very positive comments about the vent and how it looks and were interested in how it works. "Had our roof replaced and the team did a great job. There were just a few things left to do to finalize the job. Three weeks later, no one has shown up. Our contact, Chris, doesn't answer the phone, return messages, texts, emails. The company has an 'answering service'. I feel I'm being ghosted. Not happy. After three weeks, I finally got a hold of someone at West Michigan Roofing and scheduled (again) for them to come out and finish the job. The next week (a month after the originally scheduled time), they came out and finally got things done. In the end, they did a great job, but really need to work on their communication. Nevertheless, I'm moving my rating from 1 to 4 stars as I'm very happy with the new roof."
"Chris Torres from West Michigan Roofing came out and looked over my manufactured home when every other roofer I called refused to do work on them. He came out, inspected the roof and then came up with a plan to get it repaired and was very transparent with what needed to be done and why. After agreeing to the plan he demonstrated the quality of the products by giving my girlfriend and I hands on product demo to see the difference in strengths compared to their cost. Once the plan was set and materials were chosen he helped me with financing through a separate company that West Michigan roofing works with. About 2 weeks later their team came out and had my garage and home roof finished before I was home from work, as well as new osb and drip edge all the way around. Chris has even stopped by afterwards to answer questions I had after the job with warranties and for my own education, going as far as returning a call on his off hours. Great dude, great company, great work."
