"We were in need of replacing our roof. I called multiple people but it didn't seem they were interested or didn't even return my call. Full Service Roofing did respond and you could tell they were interested. They came out to inspect my roof when they said-and patched a few spots right away before we even agreed to use them because our roof was a bit worse than I thought (they got some good will for that because I hadn't given them a dime). We did wind up using them and they were professional. We had a few delays due to bad weather but otherwise came when they said they would (our roof was put on in mid December so I was amazed it could even be done). We went with a metal roof, and honestly it looks amazing. The brand we went with was Vicwest. This is probably the most professional roofing company you are likely to find. Was it cheap?- no. But their estimates fell in line with the few other other roofers that eventually did get back to us (and that took so long to get back to me that I would have been hesitant to use them anyway). I'll try and add some photos if I get a chance. It really does look amazing though."
