"We originally had Donovan Roofing come out to look at our roof during the summer of 2020 and at the time they didn't see any evidence of damage. We appreciated the honesty. Then after the winter, they came out and re-inspected and saw some damage. They worked directly with our insurance company and secured a new roof, which was put on promptly! "Anthony K. with Donovan Roofing was very professional and honest with what needed to be done to my home. I had severe wind/hail damage to my roof and gutters on a 4 year old home. The builder used the cheapest materials for our roof which resulted in the damage we had just from wind and hail. Anthony explained the differences between sheet shingles and architectural shingles which really helped us in making the right decision to upgrade our roof during the replacement. Donovan Roofing did the entire roof in one day and handled all of the communication and business paperwork directly with our insurance company. We simply just had to sit back and enjoy our new roof. "Donovan Roofing has been a wonderful company to work with from Day 1. We had a leaking roof and needed someone to help us quickly and this company understood that. I had called a couple companies and got the runaround and couldn’t get someone out quickly. Luke came out within a day or two and tarped our roof for a temporary fix until we could get a repair. Luke was on top of every step and even came out to meet with our insurance adjuster which took an enormous weight off our shoulders. He was knowledgeable and stayed the entire time to make sure all of the issues were addressed. When we got our new roof the crew was efficient, skilled, and did a beautiful job on our roof. "I have had the best experience with Donovan Roofing and contracting. This is one of the few times I was not talked down to as a female. They went through all the ins and outs with dealing with my insurance company for replacing my roof due to hail damage and re-staining my deck. The roofing crew was so efficient and courteous. They took one break through the whole process. I had my deck stained today by Ricardo and Dillon. They worked from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and never took a break.
