  • "Idk why my review keeps getting taken down, here I go again. Second time these guys unload me at a jobsite and are slow. At least 5 hour minimum wait."

  • "I used All American Exterior Solutions for our residential house and they were A+, amazing. There were no surprises or hidden fees for their work. They were incredibly clean, courteous, fast, and professional. They made the process from start to finish simple and pleasant. There were some challenging spots for our roofline and they provided smart solutions that others were not able to come up with. I would absolutely recommend them- and will certainly use them again when the time comes."

  • "I don’t like writing unfavorable reviews because I’d rather take the issues up with the business directly. We did do that, but some things were not resolved in a satisfactory way. Now, at 8 months old, my new roof has a staining issue, so I reached out to them looking for assistance with this problem, but all they could suggest was to look on Google for a solution. There were SO many issues with this company, many stemming from poor communication, which I won’t bother listing them all, but I’ll put some key things here. They replaced our roof and gutters starting in July of 2021. The roof was done in a few days, but I had to basically argue with the project manager (James A.) for weeks about putting the diverters back on the roof (they put one back, but not the other), even though he said when they were taken off that they would fabricate new ones and put them back. When it came time to do so, J.A. tried to tell me they were not needed. Poor communication and unprofessional interaction between project manager and roofing crew led to us basically not trusting they were doing a quality job on the roof itself. They did a serious amount of damage to our landscaping (broken branches, smashed plants and shrubs), they put such a bad dent in our heat pump cover it had to be replaced (they did pay for the cover but no damaged landscaping). The gutters were off the house for weeks (during multiple significant rainstorms, allowing water to pool next to the house) because their carpenter took his sweet time with the soffit and fascia repair, and even though my painter said he could paint the trim after the gutters were up, they didn’t want to install them until the painting was finished which caused additional unnecessary delay to schedule my painter. When the gutters were finished, the first rainstorm showed the installation was problematic with overflow gushing out of the gutters like geysers and streaming down the brick on either side of my dining room window. They had to come back and make some modifications due to multiple problems, which they did charge additional for. One modification involved adding and then extending two downspouts away from the back of the house, which they stupidly placed in front of basement level casement windows, prohibiting them from opening. Now, at 8 months old, my charcoal gray roof has bright silver stains forming underneath the lead pipes they replaced. So I reached out to ask them what could be done about it and was told there are products out there, do a Google search. They also had to come back and re-do the gable returns with new shingles because they weren’t finished correctly and also the flashing because someone decided they should use pink caulk with dark bronze flashing to match my beige house. The flashing was fine; the pink caulk not so much. Overall, very dissatisfied with our experience even though we attempted multiple times to discuss these issues with various company personnel all the way up to an owner who verbally promised to come out and look over the job and then never did. I would suggest avoiding them, I cannot recommend their services."
