Can Anyone Enroll in GAF Rewards?
Yes! Any roofing contractor who purchases GAF residential shingles and/or accessories-whether you hold a GAF certification or not-is eligible to sign up and start earning rewards. "You buy GAF residential shingles and accessories-and you get rewarded," says Kim. It's as simple as that.
But it does pay to have GAF certification. Rewards earnings are tiered by certification level-the higher your GAF certification (GAF Certified™, GAF Certified Plus™, or GAF Master Elite®), the higher the standard rewards percentage you earn back.
Is a GAF Certification Required?
No. "Any contractor can be part of the rewards program," says Kim. "You don't have to be a GAF-certified contractor. As long as you're buying GAF shingles and accessories, you can earn points."

Sign up is fast, free, and "super easy," says Kim. Just head to GAF Rewards, click "Sign Up," and complete a quick registration.
There are no strings attached. "It's completely free to join," emphasizes Kim. "There's no catch."
After a brief vetting process to confirm you're a contractor, not a homeowner, you'll get a welcome email and your GAF ID. The ID is your access key for the rewards portal, and your ID if you decide to pursue GAF certification. The program vetting process is easy on the contractor end and benefits members, as it helps ensure their loyalty is protected and rewarded.
Getting White-Glove Service
A huge new upgrade in the GAF contractor rewards program is a dedicated customer service team that's available Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Central, via phone, live chat, or email. "Our customers deserve white-glove support," says Kim.
GAF wants to make contractors' lives easier. You can look up the status of an invoice (processing can take up to 20 business days), get help with denied line items, check your reloadable prepaid card balance, or track a catalog order you redeemed with points. "This is supposed to be a fun program," Kim says. "You're earning rewards-and you're getting white-glove service from us."
How to Earn Contractor Rewards
Buy what you already buy. Earn points by purchasing GAF shingles and accessories at any distributor or retailer that carries GAF. Then, send in your proof of purchase using whichever method fits your workflow.
3 Easy Ways to Submit
Online upload: Scan or snap a photo of the receipt and upload it to the rewards portal (mobile‑friendly; screenshots of email receipts work, too).
Mail‑in: If your office prefers paper, you can mail invoices to GAF's dedicated processing facility.
Distributor auto‑submit: Many distributors and retailers can automatically send your invoices to GAF on your behalf—zero admin on your end. (You'll see participating partners in the rewards portal once you're enrolled.)
