"So far very positive experience. Shaun came out to assess what was needed and what we wanted done. He's super polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. What he wasn't sure about, he was honest about. Waiting a bit longer than expected on the quote for the big project still unfortunately. The urgent issue with our roof leak however, Shaun made sure to prioritize for us. He came out in under a week to fix it ,1 day before the rain was coming. There was a minimal charge and detailed explanation of what he did along with pictures to show it. The quote for our important project is late, beyond the original estimated timeline we were given. We had to call them to find out what was going on which was disappointing but they explained and apologized. Stuff happens but I would have expected them to contact us to give that update on the delay. We're supposed to get that quote now tomorrow. I'm eager to see what the plan is and the cost to do it."
