"I called for an estimate and was given almost twice the price of any other estimate. I called because they were roofing the neighbors twice as large completely dilapitated roof. Their work looked good. They were unaware I knew the estimate of the neighbor's house. On confronting him after he gave me the same quote he immediately dropped the price 7k. I realized I was dealing with a car salesman and pursued other estimates....Always do your homework. I have called the office and I am writing as well to inform them of this. Other reviews seem the opposite of my experience, so I am not sure why I was treated this way."
"We had a leak in our roof and these guys came out to look. I had two guys show up and nail a tarp down. Took these guys 20 minutes on the roof. They were only at my place for 30 minutes. I get billed $85 an hour for 2 hours of work for these two guys for a total of 4 hours. Given travel time of 30 minutes here and back that would be a total of 1 hour 30 minutes not 2 hours. Total bill was $385. I feel this company takes advantage of people in distress. My husband has a disability and can’t get up on the roof to nail a tarp down. We called to discuss the bill and they never called back. Even left a message with John. Three weeks later we get a late notice with a finance charge of $5.85. What a rip off! Again just proves the company is out to make a quick buck. I can guarantee we won’t be going with them to re do our entire roof. They lost our business and we will not be recommending them. They’ll get their $385 and I won’t be contacting them again for services."
