"They deleted my review after 2 days. Well I’ll post it again and again. -5 stars Wes is NOT the owner of Sooner Recon. His specialty is roofing, nothing else. Although he’ll tell you he can handle everything. Noticed a water leak where he had been working with hvac and duct work last. Pictures tell it all. I also received 2 very nasty text messages when I called him out on his work. He was highly unprofessional and I’m sure I’ll post that text when I feel I want to. I contacted the actual owner. She seemed very nice but wanted both sides of the story. Kinda confusing. I’m the customer. I don’t just wake up one day and decide to call out of the blue. Well pictures don’t lie. Now I have a full demo going on due to details that a professional would have noticed. It could have easily been fixed. He noticed moisture in the attic but chose not to tell me until months later when I asked. I saw someone else post saying Quinton, the owner, said “there’s two sides to every story”. That is what a female “owner” said to me. Pics and text don’t lie."
"Wes and the Sooner Recon team replaced our roof in 2020. We noticed a leak on our flat deck, a roof that we had not requested work on before. Wes came to give us an estimate, he did a temporary fix to make sure we weren’t going to have additional water damage and caulked a piece of trim that was nothing that he or the team had worked on before. He went above and beyond on this visit. It’s nice to see great customer service still!"
