Westcoast Roofing Systems has provided roofing services to commercial and residential owners in Greater Vancouver for over 30 years. Our design work and installations are compliant with industry standards and the warranty requirements of the material manufacturer. Whether it’s a new roof, a leaking flat or steep roof, a deck, window or wall, a chimney or skylight, Westcoast has the expertise to solve your problem.

The GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime limited warranty term and 10-year 100% coverage period during which GAF will provide both installation labor costs and replacement GAF products necessary to repair your roof due to a manufacturing defect for 10 years.
A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
