Reached out to the main office thinking maybe the person no longer works there. Was promised a call back that day, nothing that day nor the days that followed. I do not recommend wasting your time to even attempt to do business with this company. If they’re too busy, or short staffed now, I can only imagine what it’s like once they get your money!"

However, we were misled by the sale person to believe that we could pay off the financed balance with a credit card; the financing company later told me I can't. Now we have to do a balance transfer and pay several hundred dollars in fees. The price is on the higher side, but the materials are better. They also redid our front gutter as a scratch and dent remedy. Overall positive experience, except the financing information error from the sales rep. —————————————- I read the owner’s reply and sent an email to the address."
