The Denver branch of Premier Roofing is dedicated to serving the restoration roofing needs of single-family homeowners and multi-family communities in the area. When hail or wind causes damage to roofs in our area, we go to the impacted neighborhoods to help homeowners get their roofs restored as quickly as possible. We work with all insurance companies, ensuring the only out of pocket cost to homeowners is their deductible. "Dissatisfied with Premier & Workmanship: The salesperson conducted the final roof inspection and stated it was complete and looked great. At that time we pointed out that the new shingles over the front of the house had extreme wear/damage from offloading men and material/equipment. Also we pointed out that the roof was missing 2 vent covers and the holes had been covered over with roofing material and shingles! We sent numerous emails and left phone messages for several staff for at least one month to get these issues resolved, but no response. Since the property was not protected, the house and landscaping was damaged including 10-12 spots of tar on the stucco, large branches from a mature tree had been broken, 11 plants were destroyed, and pottery was broken. We will not recommend Premier to anyone. Due to poor workmanship, lack of responsiveness, and inefficiencies we did not receive an final invoice from Premier until 10 months after the roof was installed."

During installation, salesperson contacted me every couple of hours to find out if everything was going okay. He visited my house three times during the installation and at the end came and inspected the job himself and answered all my questions.
