"Took a half down deposit. Never return phone calls. Work never started. Called 15+ times. Associate always says someone will get back, but that supervisors aren't available to take calls. Been waiting since Oct of 2022. At this point, the only option left is legal action. Edit: Since I can't seem to reply directly. Invoice #1348. There's no mistake here. "We paid in full to have skylights installed, but the work was never performed. Ivan disappeared once he had our money. He also promised to provide additional roof cleaning services as part of a “special deal” (confirmed verbally and in text message) for leaving a 5 star review. I have since taken that review down. We are closing in on a year since we signed the contract and Ivan never performed the work. We have attempted to contact NW Home Exteriors multiple times, by phone, text, and email. We have received minimal response and no start date for our project. At this point, we plan to file a complaint with the CCB."
