    "It's important to find people in home service industries who simply do what they promise, do it well, and stand by the work they do--all for a fair price for the specialty labor we are asking of them. New Horizons Home Exteriors went above and beyond to deliver on those promises for the roof repair and replacement we contracted in 2021. Though the pandemic supply chain problem forced us to book a few months out, Joe and his team were there for us when needed prior to our scheduled tear off and install date. (Long story--but they took care of a surprise leak or two that hit prior to install). Not much to the sales process--very low key with an honest explanation of the materials available to you--and Joe will give you a recommendation and explain it (we're glad we followed his recommendation on the dimensional shingle for example--our roof is striking, now!) His guys just show up and work--there won't be much chit chat but there will be work aplenty that gets done in a very reasonable amount of time. They finished our 17+ square multi-level roof in just over 2 days and came back as promised to handle a request we had on a downspout move in our back yard. A great looking roof that's holding up well early on, done for a fair price, and done when promised--we will look to New Horizons for home jobs we can't handle ourselves in the future."
