This residential contractor is a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor. GAF trains and tests thousands of the best roofers in the country and makes sure they're appropriately licensed and insured so they can offer the best warranties.

"In March 2023 had water on carpet near fireplace which turned out to be leaks around chimney chase. When I called Legacy said they couldn't send anyone out to inspect for 5 days. But, Heath (Sales Mgr) did come the next day. They did a temporary fix which stopped the water flow. But, they didn't do the permanent fix for 10 days. But, when they did come, they did an excellent job and put water/ice shields around the chimney. If I have any complaint about Legacy is that they can be slow to respond and seem to have scheduling issues. HOWEVER they ultimately did an excellent job. Recommended."
