    "Our experience has been awful. Sherri was full of answers that turned out to be lies. We have roofing material sitting in our driveway, a month before expected, no notice, and my car blocked in the garage. This is the secondary issue, however. We were told they could install a “sun tunnel” for about $150, “it’s only a hole in the roof”, her words. Said she would get back to us if it was going to be more. Said I could pick one up or she could get one. I said I’d get one from Lowe’s. While she did email my husband to tell him she could order one for us, she did not tell him it was going to be more for the install. It was AFTER the materials were delivered that she said “oh, and it’s going to be closer to $700-850 for the sun tunnel install. I was like, WHAT?! Talk about huge let down. That sun tunnel has been a dream since we bought this house 10 yrs ago. She even admitted she dropped the ball. All this plus she doesn’t even know when the roof will be installed. Everyday she says “maybe tomorrow”. I would have not gone with this company had I known they were not going to communicate with us, and screw us in the end. I can’t back out now because they have material in my drive way but I would if I could. Don’t trust what they tell you, they just want the sale. We got a huge disappointment, but at least she made her commission."

    "We had a wonderful experience with J&K roofing! They replaced and repaired some roof tiles that were cracked and missing due the hail storm and not only were they extremely reasonable price wise, their service repair person Elliot and Noah were both amazing! They finished the job quickly and even blew some leaves off my roof to help out with the gutters. Other roofing companies tried to sell me on a new roof which was totally unacceptable and not even needed . I highly recommend these guys !"
