I called Alan in the middle of a storm as I was watching shingles blow off of my roof AND he answered the phone and told me he would be out tomorrow to inspect the roof. Not only did he come the next day to inspect the roof but also put a tarp over the damaged area to prevent further damage. His crews have been excellent to deal with, on time, and courteous with amazing workmanship with the best materials. He has been prompt to return phone calls or texts and he even took into account my wife’s work schedule (as she works from home) to produce as little of noise as possible. "All staff members were exceptionally qualified and employed excellent costumer service skills. The roofing crew arrived on time%2C very efficient %26 knowledgeable%2C excellent workers - took appropriate breaks %26 lunch times%2C as a group requested to remain to complete the roofing job as they were close to completion - left @ 7%3A30 PM. The roofing company%27s manager was on site in the morning and left his cell number for me to contact him if I had any issues. He also reviewed the materials being used in the project and why each was selected and it%27s placement - I knew I was in good hands and the product was an excellent choice. The day after install we had a bad wind storm with heavy rain%3B which blew the cap off of one of the pipe extensions. I called Larry%2C sent a picture and he quickly arrived to secure the cap. He came the next day to install a new improved version of the item - THAT IS SERVICE%21 He was sincerely enthusiastic regarding the product%2C especially the high impact level of the shingles and the warranty. I am to%2C after he explained the significance of the impact level and the warranty. Helsley Roofing is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their workmanship is outstanding from the roofing crew - contractor manager - business manager."
