"Our 30-year house was in need of a new roof. We were familiar with Fichtner Home Exteriors as we've had them inspect our roof over the years and and had them perform some spot repairs. They've always been responsive and dependable and the same held true for the replacement of our entire roof plus upgrading of our skylight to a solar shade unit. The estimator was spot-on with the pricing and work began within several weeks. Whole job took two-days and then they returned one-half day to take care of punch list items. Fichtner's foreman, Jan, was very responsive and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the work and result! Fichtner is truly a company that stands behind their work!"

"We did a new roof and gutters. Jan was on time and ran the most professional crew we have ever had. The operation was seamless and was done before I got home from work. Nice guys. Very clean. Sent pictures of rotted wood needing replacement. End product was beautiful and worth it. Everyone from Mike the estimator to Tom the owner were good guys to deal with."

"Great contractor. They aren't the cheapest but we selected them since Michael showed much more attention to detail than other options. Scheduling was a bit slow but once they came, the work was done very well. There was only one mishap. We requested gutter guards that were not installed. We contacted them to let them know and they offered a quick and reasonable resolution. Highly recommend."
