"This is the 2nd time I have utilized Farnsworth Roofing, this time it was related to storm damage & repair. The damage was visible in the front of the house, and there were dislodged shingles in the tree in the back of the house Toby and his crew were quick to respond to my request for an inspection and estimate for repairs. They responded by sending a crew to temporarily secure the damaged area as there was another storm pending in the next few days. Then, once weather was permitting, Jeremy came out to complete the repairs and to touch up other areas of the roof that needed attention. Toby and his crew do good work. I will be looking to them when it's time for a new roof."
"We discovered we had hail damage to our roof and a local company came out and gave us a quote for a new roof. Since this was going to be claimed on our homeowners insurance, we asked our insurer for companies they recommend - Farnsworth & Sons was one that the insurance company works with. Toby came out right away and conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and even discovered additional damage not noticed by the previous company nor the insurance adjuster. He is honest, professional and easy to work with. He also coordinated with the representative from our insurance company to ensure the project ran smoothly and that any necessary changes were covered. His workers were punctual, professional and cleaned up every day after they finished, including making certain there weren't any nails left on the ground. This is truly a "family" business! Breanna kept us apprised of any contract changes and billings, making sure to distribute all the documents to us in a timely manner. She also came out with roofing samples to help us pick the best color for the replacement. Two sons were in charge of the crew and kept the project moving smoothly. Toby came to the house regularly to inspect the work, answer any questions and make sure everything was on schedule. Once you work with this family, you feel like you're part of the family! Toby discovered serious damage to our roof deck that was not part of the insurance claim. He supplied us with an estimate for the repairs and we will definitely use them for that project."
