"They replaced flashings and old style plumbing boots.$4900 tf My roof is only 2 years old!!! public records will show when the permit was pulled They say they will have to charge $500 to replace a boot they installed I did not have a leak before they replaced the boots Any company that doesn’t stand behind their work is not a company to deal with I spent almost $5000 out of my pocket And they won’t stand behind the work they upsold !!! I only wanted flashing done !!! Didn’t have a leak there before !!!!! WTH"
"They removed our dryer vent and shingled over it. Our house could've burnt down, do you think they cared? NO! They removed our gutters and threw them in the dumpster then refused to install new gutters. They said gutters weren't in the contract. However, they were in the quote that was given to the insurance company. (Along with many other things that they only listed just to get more money) I had to hire someone else to install our gutters. They signed a final payment release saying they were paid in full. A year later they are still contacting the insurance company behind my back trying to get more money. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! If you do just be cautious, make sure to ask for the quote. They will tell the insurance company they're working on things that you never even discussed with them. The very 1st paper they will have you sign will trap you into using them. They'll tell you it's for permission to walk on your roof for the quote. Except, the very fine print states they will get to keep your insurance money if you decide to go with anyone else. I'm sure these people will get caught one day, it's only a matter of time."
"I paid them in advance and waited 4 weeks for them to install my gutters and when they install it they installed it in the wrong place. And I was told they can't come and fix it. And suggest that I buy a extension using my own money. It's a eye sore."
