"ClearVision Construction LLC rep was a very low pressure man who was willing to listen to our concerns and questions and answered them clearly. The contractor had three men on the job who worked extremely hard and long hours but was still cognizant of us and our property. The %22boss%22 was willing to listen to my concerns and questions and answered them when I asked about something they were doing. I was not impressed with the man who was supposed to be the overall supervisor. He only showed up twice in four days for about 10 minutes each time. Did not introduce himself to me%2C ask if I had any questions or concerns%2C never got on the roof or even on a ladder to see how the work was proceeding. The finished project turned out excellently and we are happy with the GAF products and the ClearVision installation."

"There was a break down in communication throughout the entire project.I was told they were going through some personel changes but I felt my concerns should still be treated in a timely manner with professionalism. The end product looked wavey on the roof and the company came out 3 times suggesting it was the way the light was shinning on the roof. In the end, they offered a discount and said the roof was fine. I felt they did not take my concern seriously and offered the discount to get me to go away.Overall, the journey was extremely bumpy and caused a bit of stress."
