    "EXTREMELY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED WITH NEW ROOF by Burrard Roofing. Unbelievably hard-working crew went at it non-stop (dealing with high temperatures!) - the roof looks beautiful. Crew was very skilled, polite, meticulous, conscientious, appreciative, and always let me know their schedule. I was amazed at the tidiness throughout the job - crew took great care to protect lawn, property, and flowers..and cleaning up at the end of every day. Impeccable. Burrard Roofing went beyond expectations - in order for the waste bin to fit near the house, Paul moved numerous large, heavy flower pots so that I didn’t have to (other companies who quoted on the job didn’t offer anywhere near that level of customer service). For the quote I dealt with Cody, who had the best presentation I’ve seen in ANY trade. He was with me for an hour! - explaining materials, aerials, costs, GAF warranty (impressive stuff that’ll give you peace of mind), and more. He showed shingle and vent samples, spoke of the impeccable company history, his crews’ work ethics… He is honest, up-front, and having been a roofer (not just a sales guy) knows his stuff. PLUS…he provided me with a list of client references - never seen that before! I called up one of the references who’d had a similar roofing job, and this gentleman raved about Burrard Roofing - their quality and professionalism. I was already sold on Burrard after meeting with Cody, but the client reference confirmed my impressions. Neighbours who’d been following the job remarked on how fast the roof was completed! Also, big thanks to crew member, Rod! I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Burrard Roofing again. HIRE THEM!"

    "Sadly I won't be working with Burrard Roofing again. In the past I had positive experiences with them, but this year I had a stressful and drawn-out experience that completely changed my perspective. It took months of back and forth to finalize a quote for a pretty basic roof and siding repair job, and then I had to repeatedly remind and pester them to schedule the job. Once we scheduled it, there were constant delays, individuals who didn't show up, and unprofessional behaviour when they did. My neighbours reported loud arguing during the repairs, and lots of debris and trash was left behind. I even had to point out an aspect of the job that they forgot to do and had to return to complete. I am happy with the repair job itself, Burrard does good quality roofing repairs; however, the overall experience was really impaired by the unprofessional and inconsistent communication."
