"I put off getting a much needed roof for awhile before I couldn’t wait any longer. The sales rep Larry came out and showed me samples, gave me quotes, and answered all my questions. Within 2 weeks Chris then fit my roof in and Milan came the next day to do my gutters! The quote was very detailed and they prepared me for any extra expenses that could pop up. Chris sent me picture proof of issues that did come up and I gave my approval. They texted me throughout everything which worked great for my schedule. I was so stressed about getting a roof but these guys made it such a great experience. The payment options were great also, made to fit any budget! Also…I am ending up paying about $5000 less than my neighbor who didn’t even get gutters. Needless to say, give these guys a call!"

"Achten's installed our new DaVinci roof and I must say they did a great job. The roof looks great. They not only did a great job with the install but they made sure to not damage the plants around the house as well as cleaning up everything perfectly after their job was complete. They came back Saturday morning to complete the cleanup rather than rushing it up on Friday evening. Eddie our contact at Achten's was great and kept us informed along the way answering our questions. Overall I am very pleased and wish I could get this service quality from all the contractors that have been working on our house."

"during the estimate you inquired about working in the rain and was told no installation in the rain. Twice during the installation the crew tried to work in the rain and H/O had to stop them. during the re-install of the metal chimneys the crew did not install properly and H/O found it when crew left, chimney was wobbly. Took over 2 months to fully take care of issues found. Left exposed nails on roof. H/O is submitting complaint letter to Warranty Services"

The degree of difficulty to install the roofing on a geodesic dome is very high, so if one calculates in the degree of customer care displayed by your roofing crew this installation met and or exceeded all of the commitments you made to us. The crew members were caring and thoughtful during the installation and were willing to make changes or adjustments we asked for without question and best of all without “attitude”. All of the work done was completed in a professional and timely manner. A contractor receives the GAF / Habitat for Humanity "Community Champion" designation when completing at least 5 projects over a rolling 5 year period.
