"I am so happy to write this review about Zup's Construction. What a class act these brothers and their family of roofers are! I had the greatest experience, starting with Eric who came out to inspect the roof, professional, warm, friendly, down to earth, and I got an immediate sense of great honesty and integrity. Eric's knowledge and experience was excellent, and I just felt a genuineness about him and even caring about the customer that I think is far too rare, especially in these fast paced times. He was not a storm chaser -- we've all had those -- he was an experienced, professional who saw the whole scope, identified issues, advised, discussed, communicated and cared about conducting a high quality job on my roof and gutters that would last me years. He even advised on non-roofing areas when I asked him, such as my chimney, and he was well versed on all applicable codes, of course. His bid was very strong, very fair, and with that, I absolutely knew I wanted to go with Zup's. The project began when it was supposed to, and Eric came out several times throughout the project to ensure it was going well, and it was. His team of roofers endured the terrible stretch of high 90's and over 100-degree heat but kept a great attitude about them did worked well over a day the first day, ~12 hours, and came back to finish the next. They did a high quality job -- the roof looks fantastic and will function beautifully for years. A few days later the gutters and downspouts were done -- an equally high quality job. Another "Eric" who led that work really worked out the bugs in my current gutter system and downspouts, and restructured several downspout locations to get the best result, reviewing and improving the entire system. I could not be happier with Zup's, Eric(s), the team that they have working for them that has been with them for several years and I recommend them highly."

"After receiving multiple bids from other local roofing companies, it was an easy choice for my wife an I to go with Zup's for our project. Joe did a great job of listening to what we were looking for with our new roof and gutters, made great recommendations on products to use, and provided us with a detailed and competitive bid. He walked me through any added costs we might encounter, like a potential re-deck on our 1928 home (we didn't end up needing this), and answered all of my many questions, before we made the decision to proceed. From there, Eric and his team took over. He gave me a few details about what the install would look like, and then materials arrived as planned, and their crew was on site early the next day, and had our entire house completely re-roofed that evening. Him and his team did an incredible job cleaning up everything after the work had been completed. The gutter portion of the job was just as seamless (pun intended) as the roof install. Zup's was flexible on installing gutters on a separate date, once I had finished the soffit and fascia I needed to install. Their team was back at our house on the date planned, and had new gutters hanging within 2 hours. All-in-all my experience working with Zup's was great from start to finish. They offered competitive pricing, were incredibly easy to communicate with, and most importantly, the new roof and gutters they put on our house were perfectly installed, and look great!"

"Eric and his team are awesome! Eric did the inspection on our roof and was able to give us an estimate in less than 12 hours. After we signed the contract his team came out 5 days later to do the job. The entire roof was replaced in about 8 hours and they did an incredibly thorough job cleaning up each and every nail, it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't found any remnants of roof or nail in our yard. They also replaced a sliding door for us. The job was done in 5 hours and his guys came out the next day to make sure everything was holding up properly. The previous door was not properly installed and had a lot of water damage. Eric's guys had the knowledge to tell us our options so that we could mitigate our water problem and not have to worry about it again. We have more projects that we want them to do in the future and look forward to their exceptional service."
