"I used this company back in 2018 to replace entire roof. Company was responsive, professional and great. Having had a great experience back then, called them recently to do repair work. Now they are not responsive, gave me the run around, had to continually call them for answers. Their quality of service and responsibility to customers has gone down. Won’t use them again. A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
