"Prior roof was not flashed correctly along dormers. I had a highly vaunted roofer that advertises as one of the oldest in the area quote on my job among other roofers. That salesman told me shingles were warranted for 85mph. He would not let me keep a copy of the purchase agreement so I took a picture of both sides. The agreement from that company said they would only be responsible for wind less than 54 mph. I obtained quotes from other companies but I wanted a roofer that did not broker the job out to others, but would have their own trained employees do the job. I was so pleased to deal with Anthony and WNY Roofing for my roof and gutter install. He explained the type and quality of materials that would be used in detail. He never pressured or rushed me. He put in writing EVERYTHING that I wanted in the contract. He did absolutely what he promised. The price did not deviate by one cent from what was promised. And the price was very fair and competitive. When the day of the install came, I was blown away by the professional, courteous, safety consciousness of Foreman Chuck and his crew. Synthetic underlayment, multiple courses of ice shield (even all the way up dormer walls plus flashing), ridge vents, quality shingles, new seamless gutter and downspouts all installed in less than 1 day. This included full tear off and elimination of above grade chimney. These men are all the employees of WNY Roofing, and they were true craftsmen. The skill and pride they took in their work really shone. Plus when they finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly I was left with NO mess. What a breath of fresh air! Without reservation I can highly recommend WNY Roofing."
