"I am kicking myself for not looking at reviews PRIOR to getting involved with this company. They got my deposit in May and now radio silence. I call and the woman that answers the phone is pleasant. but that really means nothing because no one calls you back a total lack of communication. Ryan finally came out after numerous calls and did the 2nd measure . After 2nd measure zero communication I call and often told Ryan will call me because of course hes unavailable when you call but nothing. i sent a email to stephen who i guess is the salesman my email was never replied to. Better communication would be great at this point I am not sure what road to take. .From some reviews looks like I'm stuck because they don't give refunds. and some reviews mention poor installation. This feels like a lose, lose situation 😕. I'm not trying to be impatient because I work in a supply industry and understand that sometimes things take longer to obtain however no communication and now reading recent reviews I'm extremely concerned. it's sad that you cannot find trustworthy companies. This is truly adding unnecessary stress."
"This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They replaced all of our windows over a year ago and detroyed our window frames. They were never reliable with when they were to arrive at our house for installs and fixes. Once they completely no showed without calling us. Here we are over a year later and one of my windows is growing mold because it is faulty. I called them in March to request a replacement window they told me no problem. I have not heard a word from them until today which is now the end of July stating that our window is in. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had. Horrible don’t do it."
