"We needed new windows upstairs in our home. We called about 4 different window companies. I knew the Galaxy windows were the ones I wanted as soon as I saw them, for some of the following reasons. They had insulation through the frame and a high E rating. The other companies didn't offer the core insulation and if they did it was an additional cost as well as the e-rating was lower. Galaxy also offered a lifetime warranty as well as a transferable warranty, again not all companies offered that. We did not feel pressured by the salesman. Fred was wonderful working with us always taking our financial needs into consideration. The turn around time for fabrication and installation was just as promised. The installers were very polite and did a great job. 7 windows done in approx. 4 hours. Financing was also a pleasure, we were able to get a interest free loan and the company made it very easy to apply and distribute the funds once the job was completed and my husband and I were happy. We look forward to adding additional new windows after seeing the difference in Galaxy's windows. Thank you Fred for your follow up call to make sure we were happy. We look forward to doing business with Galaxy again and highly recommend them for windows or other home products that they offer."

We recently replaced our 25+ year old roofing and siding after spending months on research and estimates to be sure our home improvement investment was in the right hands. Needless to say, we couldn't be happier with the quality of their service from sales to installation. The Sales Process: From the start, their team was buttoned up. As scheduled, a gentleman from their sales team came to the house to discuss our requirements, and helped us put our "vision" together. He was very thorough in his explanations, and provided sample materials and color shades to demonstrate the difference between options and ultimately pricing. Post our conversation, they kindly provided examples of completed work, and offered references to inquire with about their experience. There was never any hard sales tactics, and no pressure to sign any contracts - simply an informative conversation with an industry expert. The Installation: Expectations were managed from the start. Unlike most competitors who use the same team to install everything (windows, siding, roofing etc), they had separate teams of installers for each respective installation type to be sure it was done correctly and perfectly - all conveniently managed by one point of contact / foreman. The installers were highly efficient and diligent about their work. They arrived on time every day, invested a full day of effort, and meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day. Summary: Home improvements like these are significant investments. Anyone can sell you premium materials, but not everyone can install them with the professional expertise that insures your investment 20+ years down the line. Window Galaxy USA is hands down among the best in the business, and should be your first consideration when in need of exterior home improvement needs. I don't leave reviews, but was honestly compelled by the positive experience, and the beautiful outcome - it surpassed our expectations."

"This company is not professional. Frank yelled at the customer as I wanted to pay next morning as opposed to 5:30 on the day of installation. My reason to pay next morning was b/c I had. a headache of being with a mask and I needed to pick up my child from school. In July there were issues with the screens- wasps were coming through the screens. Also, there are gaps in the in windows some wasps were making their way into my house. The technician finally came at the end of September after I reported the issue on July 18th. They said they will replace the screens as manufacturer agreed these screens were not good. The general manager told me screens would arrive in September and I was informed not to open the windows until screens were replaced. Still no screens as we are entering November. Once they texted me they would arrive on the day they texted me, I asked for at least 24 hour advance notice then no one called. Still waiting. I wanted them to evaluate and do something about the gaps in the windows. The technician coming to my unit started questioning me and clearly not believing me even after I showed the pictures. He started questioning me why I have mouse traps (sticky sheets) on the floor. He said I have issues in the house and trying to relate mouse traps to the wasps coming through the windows. He has no right to question me on other things in my house that are not related to his subject. I am not happy with the service so far. Still waiting for them to do something as this new installation has issues and there is 'life-time guarantee'. More problems identified in Oct, 3 out of 8 windows have fog inside the 2 glasses. My inspector back in the day told me to replace the 40 year old windows because of this fog issue inside the 2 glasses and now 3 of the 8 new windows installed have this same problem. Windows Galaxy not responding. As there is lifetime guarantee on these windows installed last June, I am hoping they will stand by their promise and product"
