"The owner of the company came out to inspect roof which is Tom Willi. That’s #1 problem because he obviously doesn’t have a team to do that for him. During the inspection he stops and puts his ladder on neighbors roof to start inspecting there’s. Mind you he was called out to my home because of my insurance. The neighbor didn’t call him out. So then I go out there and see him on the side of my home talking about stuff with my neighbor, again he has not finished my job. I basically had to remind him to finish my inspection. He finally finishes and leaves his truck in front of my home and starts the neighbors inspection. I told him if he was going to inspect there roof to move his truck then. Because I had another contractor out here that needed to park in front of my home. He moves his truck and ended up staying at my neighbors home longer than mine. He is a strange man, I’m not going as far as to say why but he will strike you as a strange man. He didn’t get my business and I’m going with someone else. Use him if you want but don’t say you were not warned."

"We've known Tom for years due to our involvement in Boy Scouts. He gave us an estimate last year (end of 2018) on replacement of our roof, which was 20+ years old. We weren't financially ready to go ahead with it at that time. But this year (end of 2019) we were, and we reached out to him again. Even though costs of materials and labor must have gone up, he not only offered to do the job at the same price as quoted last year, he also added the GAF roof warranty and some venting upgrades to help get more heat out of the attic. And, he and his crew showed up early morning on the scheduled day, and got the entire job done by that late afternoon. Very pleasant and stress-free experience!"

He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and I barely had to lift a finger. His roofing crew worked great as a team and were very friendly. Tom's pricing was right in line with what my insurance company quoted and I felt like I got a really great deal.
