    "Westfall Roofing did a great job earning my business. Unfortunately, after signing the contact the communication and follow up has been mostly one sided mostly coming from me. As a paying customer it’s frustrating to send emails, text and call the office without a final resolution of the contracted work. The roof repair was completed in late November but my gutters were installed incorrectly and my new gutter guards were left on the floor and not reinstalled. As of today they are still on the ground. I can’t seem to get an answer of when my gutters will be repaired to finalize this work. It’s uncomfortable to write this review, the people at Westfall are nice and polite but your communication needs improvement. This is my first review I’m not accustomed to doing this."

    "When I began shopping for a roof I reached out to Westfall and 4 other companies for bids on the project. Herman came out for Westfall and completed my inspection on time as scheduled. He then went over with me in detail what he found and I found him to be extremely honest in his report based on what I already knew about my roof. I appreciated how thorough he was in explaining the process for the replacement and the costs. Since I had a total of five roofers quote the project I found them to be very competitive with the other companies. When I called him to go ahead and move forward with the project he was extremely prompt in getting the paperwork in order and helped set up the financing with Service Finance with very little legwork on my part. Westfall kept me up to date through the permitting and scheduling process and they were able to get the project slated way sooner than the original window discussed. The delivery of the materials was seamless and their crew of installers were on my property promptly at the time they said they would be. I was concerned since it was a Friday but they were confident they could complete the entire project in one day. They certainly delivered and the roof was done the same day and did a quality job. They left the property with no trace of debris and they handled finalizing the finance and scheduling the new inspection for the wind mitigation report. I highly recommend Westfall, they do a superior job, are prompt, considerate, and timely."
