About Us
Warren Roofing is “Committed to Top Quality Roofing.” Our primary focus is on reroofs and new roofs to asphalt shingle roofs and metal roofs. We pride ourselves on excellent roof systems and customer service. Chris Warren, Owner of Warren Roofing, LLC visits each house to inspect the roofs to provide an accurate estimate and also visits each job upon completion to ensure client satisfaction. As a roofing apprentice to his father for over ten years prior to starting Warren Roofing in 2008, Chris has extensive knowledge in all areas of roofing. Being a small business, Warren Roofing's goal is to achieve complete trust from our customers by offering exceptional customer service and roof systems. Putting our clients’ needs first, we ensure our customers are fully informed and answer any questions they may have from the initial estimate to the completion of work. All staff members are experienced, skilled, professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the roofing industry. Warren Roofing pays attention to detail by providing job site supervision, quality products and site cleanup. We will provide both workmanship and product manufacturer warranties on the work we complete. You can feel confident knowing that Warren Roofing is Florida State licensed, insured, and a member of both the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association.

"We highly recommend Warren Roofing who removed our old roof and installed a new 24 gauge Medallion Lok McElroy Metal standing seam roof with a high temperature underlayment over the complete roof deck. They did a fantastic job. Their team was meticulous, spending many days cutting and fitting each panel perfectly. They were also very careful to protect our lawn and plants and cleaned up after themselves including using a magnetic roller to pick up any nails/metal from the job. At the end of the job they provided a copy of the permit and wind mitigation report for our HO insurance. Definitely a five star team 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
"Warren roofing replaced my roof in 2023. I contacted three vendors for quotes and only Chris Warren showed up at the house. The other two provided quotes by looking at satellite photos. I told Chris that I was applying for the Florida Grant and needed necessary paperwork. He not only assured me he would assist, but he also provided references of two other jobs he had done who were applying for the grant. I contacted both references and even did a drive-by on one of the houses. It looked great. The one reference told me this is the second roof Warren had done. When he needed the second roof, he was so satisfied that he hired Warren without getting a second quote. Everything went just as it was explained to me. Afte≈r the work Jessica at his office was extremely responsive to my requests for documentation. I wish I could give them six stars."
