"I did not receive pertinent information concerning my roof which added an additional charge of 3000.00 after starting the tear off. Was misled from the beginning on the timeline of completion, I had a roof leak. If they would have been honest from the initial visit, I would have used a different contractor. 10 weeks from the time I gave them a 5000.00 cash deposit is when I the roof was installed. Informed it would be done in 1 day, it was not and no one contacted me to let me know when it would be finished. Multiple phone calls and emails about my frustrations."

A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
