  • "A highly professional experience from start to finish! We decided to install new siding on our home and obtained 3 different estimates. From the beginning, Volpe presented themselves with great professionalism. They provided a detailed estimate and informed us of exactly what the job would entail. It was an easy decision to choose Volpe. Kevin, our project manager, made sure he kept us up to date on the progress. The work crew were efficient, respectful of our home, and did an amazing job with the installation. We are so happy with the results! I would recommend Volpe to anyone who is looking to make home improvements."

  • "From the beginning Russ Bell made sure we felt safe, assured me the work would be done right and followed up after document signing. Kevin and his crew took wonderful care of us. Kevin called to let us know that the job was going to be done earlier than we had been initially told, walked us through all the specifications and explained to me in great detail. Everything that was going to be done, and the reasons why, reassured me that he would make sure that the correct team was in place. On the day of the job, Kevin came early again went over everything with me and got the workmen started, followed up mid day, and then came back at the end of the day to make sure that it met my standards and reassured me of our warranty and his personal commitment to making sure everything will be done, and that I would feel safe and well taken care of. Our siding looks beautiful but more importantly, each of the people I interacted with truly did all they could to make me feel safe and well taken care of"

  • "I recently hired Volpe to replace my front door, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. When I purchased my door in early May, I paid a 20% deposit and was told the installation would take place in roughly 10 weeks, putting us into July. A service manager came to measure the door and collect the additional 40% payment on May 27th, and let me know the installation would completed early August. I heard from Volpe on August 19th, asking me how I liked my new front door. You can imagine my surprise, as I hadn’t received any correspondence in almost 3 months, and the door was still not installed. That night I received an update that installation would take place late August / early September. On August 29th I received a call that my door could be installed the following day which I happily accepted. The installer arrived at the designated time, and did install the door so it functions correctly, aside from installing the doorknob upside down. I was not satisfied with the new installation. The caulk at the top of the doorway was messy, and there were at least a dozen unsightly nail holes covering the new door frame. I promptly followed up with Volpe via email, attaching several photos showing my concerns. The service manager arranged to visit my home to collect the final payment and inspect the installation. The manager stated they could clean up the caulk and replace the damaged door trim, which had to be special ordered. Over 6 weeks went by, and the new trim was set to be installed on a Wednesday. I was at work when this took place, and was shocked when I came home and found the same holey door trim still outlining my new front door – a door that cost me over $3,000. The doorknob is also still upside down; I was told this would be fixed, but on the day of service we were told “that’s just how this doorknob is” (when it’s locked it looks unlocked, and vice versa). The nail holes have been painted over, so I see an attempt was made to make it look better, but the trim was supposed to be replaced per the service manager. I left a message the following day, asking the service manager why the trim wasn’t replaced as we discussed. Several days have gone by and I haven’t heard back from anyone. Overall I am unhappy with my experience, and will not use Volpe for upcoming projects, nor would I recommend them. Here are photos from before and after the trim was supposed to be replaced. As you can see, there isn’t much difference. UPDATE: Less than 24 hours after this review, I received a call back from Volpe asking to come out again and replace the door trim. The work was completed yesterday and the trim was replaced. There are now only two visible nail holes, which is much better than the dozen+ from before. However, this is how they left the new door frame (see photo 3), along with the mess left behind."
