"I used Up To Date to repair my roof, fence, lighting fixtures, door, and damaged vents from hail damage that occurred in the spring of 2022. After having the insurance adjuster inspect the home, and having a printout of the estimated repair costs, i let James and his crew review the estimates and associated damage. Everyone James sent out was extremely professional and very detailed in their inspection. They were ALWAYS punctual and over-communicative of what exactly was going on. I never had to guess. I decided to move forward with James after getting a couple of other estimates from contractors approved by Allstate. Some of the other contractors seem over-booked and really not a good experience to deal with. James handled all the communication with the insurance company on differences from their estimate and things they missed. I received a total of 4 extra payments from Allstate due to the things their adjuster missed on the initial inspection. James did a great job of making sure all the repairs were complete and held his sub-contractors accountable every step of the way. I would recommend Up To Date to anyone looking for a smooth and easy home/roof repair experience."
"I've used this company 3 times absolutely professionalism and on time. They get the job done fast with NO hassle! They handled everything! We will be using them in the future if we have another storm. Thanks James and the team."
"We have been working with James Roidt for a number of years, and have always found him to be fair, honest, reliable and professional. We recently replaced the flat roof on our home and James and his team did an excellent job. He was readily available to answer any questions and we found him to be very knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending James and in using his services again in the future."
