"We have used Universal Roofing not only for repairs but for recent large project of replacing roof with composite slate and new gutters. They were easy to work with and professional at every step. Billing was transparent and held no surprises. The install took some time related to size of project but pace was consistent and crews did a good job with clean-up. Quality and customer support seems excellent. They have the skills for complex projects. If I needed another roof, I would contact them."

"My original experience with Universal Roofing in 2020 was terrible. We had siding damage due to a storm and this was the company our insurance used. Not only did the job take forever to complete, the siding was not hung straight, the caulking was horrible, and the overall workmanship was an embarrassment. Fast forward 2 years later I had a board of siding randomly pull off of the house. No storms, no high wind, just a result of the terrible job that Universal Roofing originally did in 2020. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Universal Roofing."

"They overall did a decent job. I had to call. I had to follow up ALOT and follow up often to make sure the job was done as promised by Rob and by the company. Rob is great but he is clearly busy. At times, I could tell he was frustrated when I would call - you can't let a customer know you feel that way. Yes, we would use them again because they did a good job but there were times it was not perfect and that is okay. Ultimately we are happy with the work."
