"United Contracting LLC is probably the easiest recommendation I can make. The level of customer service that they provided went above and beyond my expectation. It began when I reached out through their online submission form needing a quote for a leaky roof from storms that had come in. I submitted the form around 4:30 PM on a Friday expecting a response on Monday. I got a response at about 6PM that someone would be out the next day. The next day Tate came out and tarped the roof and worked with me dealing with my insurance to make sure that since the shingle was no longer produced that they would cover replacing the entire roof. Tate continued to check in with me while that process was ongoing and was there when the adjuster was out to view the damages. After the adjuster agreed, Tate worked with me to get the shingles ordered and got me scheduled for the install about two weeks after the adjuster had finalized the repair quote. The install was done in a single day and it wasn't too disruptive from a noise perspective. They cleaned up the yard and driveway after and gave me updates throughout the day on the progress. After the install Tate worked with me on getting the second insurance check for recoverable depreciation and when it came time for payment for the job, he stopped by to pick up the check instead of me having to mail it in. This is the level of customer satisfaction all companies should strive for. They have set a high bar for customer satisfaction and quality of the work they provide. I am thankful for the recommendation I got to use them and will continue to pass on that recommendation to anyone needing roof work done in Louisville or Lexington."
