"I had a bathroom remodeled. I was sold on the fact the they offered total satisfaction and a life time warranty. After the remodel was nearly finished I found that the salesman was no longer with the company and that the work that I thought would be completed, wasn't going to get finished...so I was stuck with a half finished bathroom and a large renovation bill. I called the company to see if they would correct problem. I was told that service manager would contact me.( this was in November 2022). AS of this date (January 20, 2023..I haven't heard from their service manager...."
"There was an eight-month delay in this project waiting for another construction company to install a new roof. When I finally let them know that the roof was finished, they came to the job site and installed the gutters in a day and a half. I really appreciate the accommodation to my needs and the timely response when notified. BYT - It has been raining for the past 12 hours and the new gutters are performing flawlessly. Superb job and service to client!"
"I had them do a remodel on my bathroom sept 30, 2022. It all started because I was over promised & under delivered. I paid big bucks for my ideal bathroom. It looked good from afar, once I went in to clean & paint is when I realized what horrible job was done. Shower doors leaked, my vanity & sink top was damaged. The top was scratched & the vanity 3 of the 6 drawers were broken. The will not replace it They keep trying to fix it but just makes it worse. I didn't pay top dollar for scratch & dent products. The drywall work had to be redone. The worst part is, I have steam heat with radiators. While replacing the floor in my bathroom remodel. They somehow managed to bend the main pipe to the radiator causing it to leak. Now I have water leaking onto the new floor. I placed a call & left message about this I .received no phone call back regarding my issue for 2 weeks, i heard from the service dept , they were coming out to fix vanity drawers again, but no mention of radiator issye, so I adked the girl on the phone & she said the service guy will look at it. Lou came out again, this being his 3rd time out. He knows nothing about it & doesn't know how to solve problem. Mind you, this job was done sept 26th. It has been 4 days & I still have not heard back from anyone. I am very disappointed with this company and their service. Guess I now have to get BBB involved or something. Please beware before using this company."
