"Not impressed. Although workmanship appears to be okay, their processes are very inefficient. Not particularly helpful in dealing with the insurance company. They have separated departments that don't seem integrated or communicative. I was lured by all the 5 star reviews, but I would look elsewhere if I could do it over."
"Ryan Hartman and Paul Stommes of Ungerman Inc. are the best. I had a water leak problem that needed immediate attention. Not knowing where the water was coming from, I contacted my HOA property manager and they contacted Ungerman. Ryan called right away and came out that night to inspect the situation. Mitigation started the next day. Ryan also connected with my neighbors to investigate and isolate the source of the water. Never having had this problem before, I didn’t know what to do to restore the area that was ruined by the water. Ryan assured me that Ungerman would help with the restoration. I then connected with Paul who took the reins with my HOA property management company and my insurance company to enable the restoration to begin and payment. He really helped to assure me that everything would be OK and he would handle it, and he did. I can’t thank Ryan and Paul enough for all they have done on my behalf and guiding me through this process, and especially listening to my complaints and concerns. The restoration is about to get started and I have all the confidence I need that it will be completed in a professional manner. If I ever have another unexpected water leak or other situation that needs mitigation, I will definitely call Ungerman."
"I felt very blessed to have Ungerman, Inc. as my renovation company. They were recommended to me after my furnace flue shut down on Christmas Eve during a very cold week. This in turn caused the radiators in my vintage home to release all of their water, becoming ice and sludge which caused pipes to burst throughout the house. Luckily, the company has many departments that help deal with every part of the mitigation and restoration process. Very detailed videos and accompanying documentation addressed every aspect of the entire process from making an insurance claim, to all that was involved in the mitigation and restoration processes. The quality of the people in each department is exemplary. Their expertise and dedication ensured that every detail was followed through in every way. I always felt I had the best company and people restoring the home I love. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made."
