Tyco's was the only business to answer their phone. The woman who answered had a crew tarping my roof within 3 hours. In a very stressful situation, that was a big relief. I met Kevin Juarez who helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Kevin was very knowledgeable from the start and answered all of my questions. Kevin set my mind at ease. Brian was the project manager and was very professional and kept me up to date with everything during the whole process. The day was set for a new roof. The crew arrived on time at 7am. It was a drizzly Friday morning and I was worried it would be cancelled. They worked through the weather and had the roof done by 3pm. Everything was cleaned up nicely and my new roof is beautiful.
