They took the time to round up all loose debris caused by the wind and picked up nails by hand and with magnets. "I worked with Tom for my storm damage restoration of my roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process from Truline's perspective as well as the insurance aspect. He was adamant about being at my property when the insurance adjuster did his inspection and walk through and pointed out some key findings that made the replacement a no brainer. The team at Truline were true to their word and made several trips to my property to ensure I liked the products and the details were covered. The day the project started, Tom had everything detailed for me and laid out, even with timing of tear off, delivery of shingles, and install. It truly was an amazing process to watch.
