"Their motto is "Without YOU, there is no us" yet they will not come out to give me a bid unless my wife is present for it. My wife and I work completely opposite schedules and it's nearly impossible to schedule a time during the day for us both to be there. I told them I can relay the information to her and the guy sighed at me and said they can call back when we are both available. Absolutely ridiculous. I told them I would just call someone else and he didn't care at all. Avoid these people at all costs."
