"We initially contacted Tri-Cities Gutter Solutions to quote us on cleaning our gutters. Al (the owner) promptly came by, quoted us a very reasonable price, and offered another very reasonable quote to install gutter guards. He cautioned us that they're not "maintenance free", but that they would do a lot to reduce the frequency that we have to clean the gutters. The price was very reasonable, and the work was scheduled to be done the next day. His crew showed up and they didn't mess around! The work was done on our house in just a few hours. His crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and were professional, friendly, and told us a few things about our roof and gutters that we didn't know. We got some heavy rain a few days later, and some water began to drip from the vinyl overhang over our porch. I was concerned the gutter guards were the cause, and I reached out to Al. He made it a priority to come straight over the next day and examine the problem. He not only identified the cause (there are some clear deficiencies in the way our metal roof was installed) but he and his employees personally caulked up the problem areas causing the water to get under our steel roof, remedying the problem until we can have the necessary repairs done. They initially did really great work, and then went far beyond what they were responsible for to help us out and make us happy customers after we had a problem. I strongly appreciate them and recommend them to do your gutter work!"
"Tri Cities Gutter solutions installed gutters at my daughter's home. They were very responsive and within a short time of time the gutters were installed. After the install, there was a problem with one of the endcaps and they were there within a couple of days to repair. The gutters look great and they did a wonderful job.
