"TRC did the roofing of our entire community in Jefferson Run as a contractor for Pulte and Centex. Four years in, more than half of the homes have needed entire roof replacements due to the material used and installation. They used defective TAMKO 3-tab shingles that are now discontinued for quality. After reaching out to them, the owner said that he will come out to take a look. Has disappeared completely, if this doesn’t dissuade you from hiring these folks I don’t know what will"
