"These guys were so great! I had to put a new roof on to sell our house. These guys came, gave a great estimate. Walked us through the different options, and were so great about communication the whole time! When it was time to do the roof the crew showed up and knocked it out in no time! The cleanup was great and the new roof looks wonderful. The new buyers were thrilled! They also referred us to an independent auditing agency which worked with our insurance and we were able to get all of our money back after an initial denial from the insurance agency! "Had to redo the work due to poor instillation the first time. Corrected it after adding many more holes but we are satisfied with the result. Wish the final result was the first result so they didn’t damage so many panels. If you are in sales you should know the basics about the company, and not tell the customer you have no idea about how roofs work. Lastly, failing to communicate with the customer happened throughout the project. I wasn’t even aware the project was done due to the trash left on cite and the work looking poorly done. They fixed their wrongs but I won’t be going with them again. Good luck to anyone who does"

The GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime limited warranty term and 10-year 100% coverage period during which GAF will provide both installation labor costs and replacement GAF products necessary to repair your roof due to a manufacturing defect for 10 years.
A GAF Master Elite® Contractor can also offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, increasing your Smart Choice® Protection Period from 10 to 50 years and including tear off.
