Scott was very responsive in evaluating the area of concern and identifying what turned out to be a pretty complex situation. He brought his team out to fully evaluate the problem, propose solutions, and detail a plan to resolve it. Throughout the process the communication with Scott was outstanding. The result was excellent in both esthetics and function. The problem is solved. I was very impressed with how Scott and the team from Total Roofing handled my roof repair, and a little faster than they expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company."

    "Outstanding! The entire Total Roofing & Reconstruction team is amazing. I'm so pleased with their work on replacing my roof and gutters--at the peak of hot summer weather, too. The entire process was very user-friendly; they answered all my questions up front and guided me in choosing materials and colors for the project. Management was engaged with me from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The new roof and gutters are immaculate! They even provided all my neighbors with an info sheet on whom to contact if they were adversely affected by any of the work in progress. I was especially impressed with the owner Steve--he personally went up on my roof several times to confirm issues and answer my questions. Kym was also extremely helpful, especially working with my insurance company, and following up with me after the project was done. Kudos also to Tammy who went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Total Roofing & Reconstruction = Total Professionals!"

    "I would certainly not recommend Total Roofing and Reconstruction. I called them on 6/2/20 to see about them coming out to give a roof replacement estimate on a rental house I own in Carrollton. The lady I spoke with said someone would call me back and set-up a time for them to come out. The next morning I get a text from my tenant that someone was on the roof! They just showed at the house and climbed on the roof without my knowledge or permission and without me notifying my tenant. There were certain days where I had agreed with my tenant where I could make appointments for the roofing estimates and this day was not one of those days. Of course I did not know they were coming out and therefore did not give my tenant notice that there would be people on the roof. How unprofessional! I called their office and spoke with a lady named Robin and told her that they did not have my permission to get on the roof and for her to tell whoever was on my roof to leave. She was very rude and hung up on me. I was very upset that they just showed up and got up on my roof without my permission and disturbed my tenant - a very unprofessional company and would advise others to avoid them."
